Thirdly, and possibly the best method is to tell me a little about what you are looking for and let me do the hard work for you by narrowing the search to properties that meet your criteria. This may include homes from my featured properties and communities lists as well as from the Florida Multiple Listing Services. However, there are many properties that never make it to the listing services. By understanding your needs, I can canvas areas that might produce your dream home and find that special property that otherwise would be missed!
