Introduction
Throughout
its history, Gleaner Life Insurance Society has taken pride in the fact
that many of its members have had their certificates 50 years, having
received their certificates when they were children. We are continuing
this fine tradition in our second century by offering this unique fraternal
certificate "Just for Kids". We are looking
forward to when the young people receiving this certificate become 50-year
Gleaner members. The Florida Annuity Store offers,
with pride, children's membership in the Society for only $100. This
low premium is achieved through cost reductions and the cooperation
of our field representatives.
Certificate
Features
- Issued for children
from age 1 month through age 15, and not having reached age 16.
- Face Amount
of $10,000.
- One-time
premium payment of $100 per child.
- Convertible
up to $50,000 Face Amount with no medical examination.
- May be converted
to a Gleaner Permanent Life Certificate. Two Options: 30 days
prior to the 7th Certificate Year Anniversary or 30
days prior to the Certificate Year Anniversary that follows the Insured's
21st birthday. If not converted, all coverage terminates on the Certificate
Year Anniversary that follows the Insured's 21st birthday.
Certificate
Requirements
- The Applicant/Owner
of the certificate must be the child's parent, grandparent or legal
guardian. Other family members may wish to provide the premium.
- The child's parents,
grandparents or legal guardian must be named beneficiary of the certificate.
